There are four states, Montana, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas that have specific laws that outlaw intimate relationships between gay persons. Just gay people.

If you are heterosexual, you can do whatever you want in the bedroom. But if your straight, and the wife says, "hey, lets add some spice and bring home that cute guy from the bar," in such a case, you may be breaking the sexual laws. If she says "Hey honey, my girlfriend wants to join us tonight" then your in!  I would suggest you avoid potential legal trouble by easily calling the police for advice. Everyone knows that the government cares about what happens in your bedroom. In Montana the government will likely say no to your menage trois.  Sex Nazi says: no sex for you for one year.

Vagina Yes. Donkey No.

These laws are still on the books despite the fact that in 2003 the Supreme Court ruled in Lawrence v. Texas that sodomy, or gay laws, or any other expression of sexual desire,  was permissable between consenting adults. The key word is CONSENTING ADULTS. In the year 2011, in Montana, legislators voted to keep the illegal laws on the books. Though Montana removed those laws in 2013, the voters passed a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage.

Yet, ten states outlaw any sex (they use the word sodomy) other than vaginal between consenting adults. Those states are Idaho, Utah, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana.

  2. I am with you Chelby. Nai is unable to let people have equal rights. He or she wants to tell others how to live their lives while denying them their civil rights. Nai is self centered, narcissistic and has a small view of the world: She can see to end of her block and then her brain is filled up.

  4. I wish homosexuals all the best, but that doesn't change that homosexuality is not what God wants for you. Same for prostitutes. God loves them too, but does not want them to continue being a prostitute. You will only be happy when you turn to God and have Him lead you to where He wants you to be. Not what I want you to be, not you want to be, nor what anyone else wants you to be. But what He wants you to be. Then and only then will you be truly satisfied and happy.

    1. Not what you want to be, or what God would want you to be, but what narrow-minded mortals interpret God to want you to be.
You know what the main message Jesus tried to get in your head again and again was? TO LOVE AND TOLERATE OTHERS. Sorry to use all-caps, but it seems that after so many hundreds of years, people still can't get that idea in their heads and keep it there! Hippies are closer to Jesus than you narrow-minded, Republican homophobes will ever be. You can claim you're not really as bad as the others, and you're right. You're not as horrible as other homophobic assholes that attack people just for being different, you've almost got tolerance down. But why, why do you try to justify the hypocritical priests who rage against homosexuality while molesting the choirboys!?

    2. God condemns many actions...most of which, if we followed now would land us in prison...when we try to follow the teachings of the bible we cherry pick which ones we want to follow and lay the rest by the wayside as rules for olden times...homosexuality is fast becoming on of those rules. God made gays in his image...they did not chose to be gay. They are not hurting anyone but simply following the message of god to love others. I don't understand what about that inspires so much hate.

  5. It probably isn't a bullshit god calling for judgement. It is the writer who THINKS they know what God wants.

  6. Why cant you walk down the street holding hands with the woman you love ?? I know of no laws preventing that.
And if I read this article correctly, then you and your girlfriend having sex would be vaginal sex and I dont see how that could possibly be considered illegal.
In 48 states you wouldnt be able to marry, but I dont understand the big push for marriage "rights".

  7. This article is about gay persons having the same rights as non-gay persons. If a non-gay can be married to a gay or a non-gay, then why can't a gay get married to the person they love- usually another gay person? The laws should not have any standing with loving relationships. Marriage should be equally accessible to all persons.

  8. President Obama is firmly committed to the homosexual agenda and recent promises made to the LBGT and others have caused some in the conservative movement and the evangelical and Pentecostal churches to shudder. It is also clear that the church's concerns have little bearing on the President's position to throw the doors open for the "gay agenda by closing the steel doors around

  9. In Lawrence v. Texas the Supreme Court struck down the sodomy law in Texas and, by extension, invalidated sodomy laws in thirteen other states, making same-sex sexual activity legal in every U.S. state and territory.
